Dating App Grindr Launched a Menswear Line

The efforts to get into fashion made by male dating app Grindr have come to a head. The app has been building its cred in this world by partnering with designers like J.W. Anderson and teaming up with Paper magazine to cast an editorial shot by Steven Klein.  Now, the app is putting its stamp on the world of clothing with its own collection of menswear. The Varsity Collection, as it's titled, follows an athleisure theme in both its clothing and purpose. All proceeds from the windbreakers, tank tops, and track pants will go to benefit Athlete Ally's Principle 6 campaign, an organization that looks to end homophobia and transphobia in the sports world. The 29-piece collection is printed with Ancient Greek motifs and is priced anywhere from $25 to $130. To see the collection, click here. (c) Cameron Wolf for Complex, August 2016
